Become the greatest hunter in the galaxy in an epic fight against your rivals for fame, fortune, and the almighty bounty!
The planet of Arcfall has become overrun with dangerous creatures. Malfunctioning robots and savage beasts wreak havoc across the planet. Locals have taken to the services of anyone who will help. For a price of course. You are a Bounty Hunter seeking fame and fortune. But beware, other Hunters will try to swoop in and claim your target as their own! Press your luck against other hunters in search of fame and fortune!
Hunters of Arcfall is a quick-playing and strategic press-your-luck dice game full of risks and rewards. Some of the features include:
- Take on the role of an intergalactic bounty hunter with special abilities
- Hunt bounties for fame or fortune
- Steal bounties from other players
- Experience a Sci-Fi theme with art by comic artist Tim McBurnie
- 13 unique custom dice
In Hunters of Arcfall you and up to 5 competing bounty hunters will take turns collecting bounties for rewards. Hunt with caution however, as the bounty only goes to the player who deals the last hit. Defeated bounties become captured and must be claimed or they won’t count.
Press forward and keep hunting to build a cache of captured bounties. Use heals to stay alive and dodge environmental disasters. Take too much damage before you claim and you can say goodbye to all your bounties.
Hunters of Arcfall is the brain child of Tony Go, an independent game designer, and this is his first foray into board games. He’s an excellent graphic designer, and much of his experience is in the video game industry. If you’re looking for a fast-paced, science fiction themed dice and card game, then check out the Kickstarter and help get this game into production!
There is currently 13 days left in the Kickstarter campaign, and funding is just under half of what is needed. If you want to help out a fellow gamer realize his project (and it looks like great fun if you ask me!) then head on over to Tony’s Kickstarter Page and pledge. It’s cheap, has fantastic artwork, and you can feel good about helping out a fellow gamer!
